Who I am: Rachel Burnside Why I wanted to be a Champ: I am proud to serve as a Mental Health Champion at Baginton Fields. This role gives me the opportunity to support my colleagues and to promote awareness on mental health across our school community. Throughout my years of teaching and leadership, I’ve seen first-hand how vital promoting positive mental health is for both students and staff.
